General specifications for all of our lumber:
No.1 and better
appearance grade, no-wane, tight and sound knots, evenly sized, evenly end trimmed, KD8-12%.
Product lines:
- Rotary cut lumber: (double arbor circular sawn)
We can supply rotary cut lumber to our
customers exact size requirements, ranging from 3/4" to 3" thick X 2" to 7-1/2" wide X up to 8' long. Manufacturing tolerances for rotary cut lumber are -0 to +4mm in thickness and width and -0 to +5mm in length.
- S4S and moulded lumber
We can supply S4S lumber, square edged and radius edged, in sizes ranging from 9/16" to 2" thick X 2" to 6-1/2" wide X up to 8' long. Standard manufacturing tolerances for S4S and moulded lumber are -0 to 2mm in thickness and width, -1 to +2mm in length. We can PET upon request.
We
supply FJ standard moulding patterns, flat jambs and split jambs. We can
mix containers of up to 5 patterns.
- Edge glued panels
We can supply Edge glued panels in almost any required dimensions and quality.
- Door Core
We supply stave wood door core in almost any size and quality. Our butt joints are finger jointed for additional stability.
